What is GSOPERA.TV?
GSOPERA.TV is the only place where you can watch films from the International Gilbert & Sullivan Festival. From fascinating archive films from the first Festival in 1994 through to the National Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company's outstanding, recent performances and everything else in between.
There are full performances of all the operas, concerts, interviews, masterclasses and much more. And new films are being added all the time.
You can watch the films on your TV, tablet and smartphone and if you want to download some of them to watch later when you are no online, our new apps allow you to do just that.
How much does it cost to watch GSOPERA.TV?
You can sign up for either a monthly subscription at £9.99 per month or an annual subscription of £99.99 per annum. You have a free seven-day trial to make sure you are happy, and you can easily cancel if you do not want to go ahead with your purchase.
Which subscription is right for me?
Our monthly subscription (at £9.99) offers the most flexibility. This can be cancelled on a monthly basis.
Our annual subscription (at £99.99) is the most cost effective, with the equivalent of two months FREE compared to the monthly plan.
How do I sign up?
Go online to www.gsopera.tv and create your account by following the prompts. You can then sign up for either the monthly or annual subscription with a no-risk, seven-day trial so you can try before you buy!
Where can I watch GSOPERA.TV
If you mean "Which devices can you use", we have exclusive Apple iOS and Android apps that you can download to your smartphone or tablet.
From these apps, you can use Chromecast or Airplay to cast directly onto your TV.
We have an Amazon FireTV app on the way too! This is expected in mid February.
You can also watch through the web browser on your computer (we recommend Google Chrome for the best experience. This can be downloaded here)

Is it easy to cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription easily from your Dashboard by Clicking Dashboard and then Billing. Next scroll down to the Active Plan Heading and click Change Plan. Finally, click Cancel Plan.
And again, we are here to help if you have any problems.
Are there Captions/Subtitles on your productions?
We are in the process of adding optional captions to the films. We have discovered that this is a mammoth task. We are aiming to produce the first captioned films by the end of the year.
How often is new content added?
Faster than anyone can keep up! We upload new content at least four times a week - on top of the hundreds of hours already there!
Can I see these films or productions anywhere else?
All of the Festival and National G&S Opera Company films, concerts and interviews are only for subscribers to GSOPERA.TV.
We have some fantastic new and exclusive films in the pipeline that we will be producing later in the year when (fingers crossed!) social distancing restrictions are eased.
What are the most popular productions on the site?
